I cannot connect my account to Vayne

  1. Make sure you have an active Sales Navigator subscription; Vayne does not work with regular Linkedin pages / searches for performance issues and to keep your account safe
  2. If you have an active subscription, you will need to get your session cookie (li_at) from a Sales Navigator page, not just a regular Linkedin page; check our documentation ⇒ Connect your Linkedin account

My scraping is not starting or progressing

If your scraping is stopped in the initialization phase or is in the scraping phase but you do not see the number of profiles scraped increase here is what you should do :

  1. start by refreshing the page, sometimes it is enough to get the right information

  2. check your Linkedin Sales Navigator session cookie (li_at) as it may be expired and invalid, even if it is still showed as “connected”; get a new one from a Sales Navigator page

  3. make sure you have not reached the daily limit of number of profiles you can scrape (15000 max. / day) and that you have enough credits in your balance; if you have reached the daily limit, the scraping will resume when the limit resets (at midnight, Paris time).

  4. If none of this works it can be related to the URL you are using (see next section)

My search URL does not seem to be accepted or recognized

Right now Vayne accepts URL with maximum length of 4000 characters. The more keywords you input in the filters of your search, the high the number of characters.
