• You get your credits as soon as you subscribe to a paid plan
• Your quota will then be renewed every month
• If you subscribe to an annual you still get the credits monthly

• Right now we do not have a rollover policy, which means that monthly unused credits will be lost

<aside> ❓ When do you debit my credits ?

• When you create an order to scrape data, your balance is debited for the total number of prospects you indicated you wanted

• Once we finished to collect all the profiles, we give you back credits :

  • for the difference between your original order size and the actual results; it means if you try to scrap 20,000 profiles and we can only deliver 19,500, we will give you 500 credits back

• For example for the order below, we provisioned 104 credits when you created the order
